Experimental Study on the Agglomeration of Oily Fine Particles by Sound Wave

چکیده
Oily fine particles are an important air pollutant in industrial environments. Workers exposed to oil mist for a long time face great health risks. Particle growth pretreatment is technical principle increase particle size and improve purification efficiency. Acoustic waves commonly used acheive growth, large number of acoustic wave agglomeration experiments have been carried out on non-oil fog. However, studies oily few. On the basis previous non-oily particles, this experiment designed set experimental equipment compare effect particles. It was found that ratio φ1oiliness/φ1non-oily greater than 1. Therefore, under stationary more obvious. Results clearly show higher ability. In study, traditional ventilation technology expanded include sound into stage dust removal, thereby demonstrating feasibility improved efficiency system, laying foundation engineering applications.

Experimental Study on Diesel Exhaust Particles Agglomeration Using Acoustic Waves
Diesel exhaust particles are a complex mixture of thousands of gases and fine substances that contain more than 40 different environmental contaminants. Being exposed to these exhaust particles (called soot) can cause lung damage and respiratory problems. Diesel particulate filters are used in many countries for mobile sources as a legal obligation to decrease harmful effect of these fine pa...
